Regardless, most people that I've seen do this swap on an E30 usually goes with the ZF instead of keeping their stock tranny.Took off the pressure plate, then re-aligned the clutch and the tranny slid in like butter. Hooked up the shift linkage and driveshaft. Just for people's future information, I used a Getrag 260 on the M50 with the e36 Dual Mass Flywheel, e36 clutch kit and pressure plate, e36 throwout and pilot bearings. So then you might encounter the one-piece-metallic on late E30's then. I only have some theories why this actually happens (would like in the future to chop up a Getrag 260/5 and have a closer look).I can personally attest that 300-350 is fine for the mighty Getrag.
