Here is where the Infinite Qi Gems bug comes in. Because I have purchased all of the Walnut upgrades I can spend the extra for qi gems. I spent all the nuts I had for gems. If I use the /recountnuts command, (used it in case it would count my missing three) while in Qi's walnut room it re- rewards the nuts I spent and then I can buy gems again.
