For me, Okumura never felt unfair, just a skill/mechanics check. Bed of Chaos, however, was mostly just hope you are lucky. It is a platforming boss in a game where platforming is just straight up terrible. With Okumura, if I lost (which I did once), it definitely felt like a mistake on my part, not the game's.
